The top of the box has a unique hand beaten textured finish which looks similar to planished metal. The box is lined with rippled Sycamore which contrasts the dark exterior of the box. planished lid. The box is detailed with with ancient bog Oak. The box is French polished and finished with a final coat of beeswax.
