The returns policy states that where a faulty ‘studio’ item is delivered to the client, the client has the legal right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to return the piece and request a refund within 30 days of receiving it.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and a refund will be guaranteed providing the item is returned within a further 14 days in an “as new condition”. Any cost of returning will be the clients responsibility.
Shipping, handling or insurance charges unfortunately cannot be refunded unless the error is our fault.
Bespoke items and custom-made limited-edition pieces which are made to order can not be refunded or returned.
